Joyce Frances Noble (Joyce Devlin)

Joyce Noble was born in Fort Fraser. She exhibited her artwork in the 1945 British Columbia At Work exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery.

She had work in the Federation of Canadian Artists Third Traveling Exhibition in 1947.

She had work in the annual B.C. Artists exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery in 1945, 1947-49, 1951, 1956, 1958, 1961, and 1965. In 1947 the artist was living in Lavington.

She had work in the 1957 B.C. Society of Fine Arts exhibition. She was a member of the group from 1962 to 1965, when she moved to Ottawa ON.

She exhibited in the Seattle Art Museum's annual Northwest Artists exhibition in 1958. She was living in New Westminster.

She was presumably married to Murray John Devlin (q.v.), who had been a fellow student with her in the art school.
