Her occupation was noted as "housewife" residing at 2998 Colquitz Avenue, Victoria. She pre-deceased her husband, who passed away in Victoria in 1965 at the age of 93, his occupation noted as "never worked."
She exhibited artwork with the Island Arts and Crafts Society from 1932 to 1941, exhibiting as E.M. Hopkins in 1932.
