Jessica E. Money was born in the State of Maine, U.S.A. In 1934 she was married and living in Winnipeg MB. She moved to Vancouver c1941.

She exhibited work at the Vancouver Art Gallery in solo shows in 1934 and 1943, and in the 1945 B.C. Artists annual exhibition. The artist was living in Vancouver in 1945.

Money died in Vancouver in 1959 at the age of approximately 82. Her employment was noted as "At Home."
