Jack Ogden Elgood

Jack Elgood was born in Brandon, Manitoba. He was living in West Vancouver when he married Jean MacTavish on April 3, 1941. The marriage certificate listed him as a Corporal, R.C.A.F., and she was a telephone operator with B.C. Tel.

He exhibited work in the 1940 1st Annual Vancouver International Salon of Pictorial Photography exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The artist was living in West Vancouver.

Elgood died at home in West Vancouver in 1974 at the ago of 58. His occupation was noted as "Electrician - Electrical."
