Elizabeth Crozier was born in Amsworth, England, and moved to Port Alberni around the age of two, living the rest of her life there. She was married to Archibald Crozier, who was listed in the Provincial directory as a collector for Canadian Customs.

She exhibited work in the B.C. Artists annual shows in 1944 and 1946, and also had work in the 1944 British Columbia At Work exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. She was living in Port Alberni in 1944.

Crozier died in Port Alberni in 1962, survived by her husband.
