Thomas C. Bailie exhibited two watercolours in the 1928 Provincial Exhibition in New Westminster.

Bailie also exhibited in the 1934 B.C. Artists exhibition at the Vancouver Art Gallery. It was noted that he was employed by F.C. Smith Litho, in Vancouver.

BC Vital Statistics notes that a Thomas Bailie died in Vancouver on October 12 1943, possibly the artist. No certificate is posted.
