Seymour English Park

Seymour Park was born in Bangalore, India. After arriving in BC c1929, he submitted artwork to the 1935 and 1936 B.C. Artists' exhibitions at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The artist was living in North Vancouver.

Park married Grace Hayden at Lynn Valley, District of North Vancouver, in 1937. His occupation was noted as commercial artist. The artist died at home in Victoria age 57, where he had lived for 23 years, his occupation noted as Director of Public Information, B.C. Forest Service, from which he had retired a few months previously after eight years work. He was still married when he died, but the widow was Dorothy Angela Miles.
