Major Frederick George Cross

September 2 1881 - September 8 1941

Major Cross was born at Exeter, Devon, and came to Canada in 1906, moving to Brooks, Alberta. In 1934 he had a solo exhibition of watercolours at the Vancouver Art Gallery.

He died in Lethbridge Alberta in 1941.
