"On the Scimitar Glacier" by Gary Sim.
| This pencil and pen & ink drawing was one of a series of five drawings completed in 2014. Each was a scene from a climb of Mount Waddington in BC's Coast Range. I was trying to simplify the landscape as much as possible into geometric planes and forms, but my fondness for detail kept betraying my best efforts. Drawn with Copic Multiliners in various widths and 0.5mm mechanical drafting pencil filled with HB lead/polymer leads. |
