This photograph was apparently taken as a kind of catalogue item
related to the sale of the painting in the picture. Pencil
notations on three of the four corners have been erased, and a
pen & ink notation "sold" added. A note on the reverse of the
card notes that the painting is of "The Vedder Range" and glue marks
show that this little piece has been glued down onto a black album page.
The artist's address is noted on the reverse as Aldergrove, which might help
